Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York in New York on 5 February, 1964. She is an American actress who is known for her ability to portray strong characters who are also vulnerable. Linney has a theater heritage, her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. She graduated in 1986 from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City. In the year 1990, she began her career on Broadway and eventually receiving praise for her performances on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
